Fall Pt. III

The brightest star in the darklit void
Shatters in an unending Universe
Scattering turmoil in the orb
As it descends to its nearing end
Thrusted with enormous plight
Dispersing light into the dark abyss
And as it descends down with ignited light
Speeding down through the burning friction
Its fate is still unknown
Its end is too near

In its moment of death, dissolution and plight
Many a heart this star fills with delight
While no living constellation can give them more joys
The feeble on Earth congrue silent wishes at this sight
Ain’t it a crude incongruity of us mortals
That we pray at other’s fall
That we wish fortunes upon demise
And if these prayers come true
Let me be that unfortunate star
